Parents as Teachers is a FREE early-learning program provided by Joplin Schools. It is open to all families with children between the ages of birth to 5 years. All families are eligible for developmental screenings and are invited to attend all group meetings. Personal visits are limited. Enroll now! Call 625-5290 ext 2215.
